I had a fantastic anniversary weekend at The Olympic Lodge! The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the stunning views of the golf course added to the experience. The breakfast was incredible, definitely exceeding my expectations. However, I did experience a little trouble with the service during check-in, which was slightly disappointing. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for the value, especially with such comfy beds and a delicious breakfast.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were excellent, and the lobby was cozy and inviting. However, there was a frustrating miscommunication regarding room charges, which left me a bit disappointed. While the amenities were decent, the lack of a bar or restaurant on-site was a downside for me.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. They were well-decorated, but a bit darker than I'd prefer. Overall, I would rate them an 8 out of 10.
Service

The service was efficient, with polite staff who took care of my needs promptly, though they weren't overly friendly. I appreciated being able to check in early after a long travel day.
Location

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Olympic National Park, but it's not within walking distance of downtown. Still, it's close enough to restaurants and stores, which was handy for stocking up during my stay.
Dining

The breakfast options were limited and a bit pricey for what was offered. I would have liked more variety.

The hotel has a pool and hot tub area that seemed quite popular. I didn't use them, but they appeared well-maintained.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful grounds and inviting lobby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I felt the price was a bit high for what I got. While I appreciated the dining options, I noticed some inconsistencies in service, especially during check-in. Overall, it's a nice spot, but not ideal for the price point.

The room was clean, spacious, and well laid out, with a nice view of the golf course. However, it was quite dark and had a slight musty smell.

Dining options were convenient and the food quality was decent, but breakfast could use more variety.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel after a long day of hiking in Olympic National Park. The rooms were clean and spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the lack of complimentary coffee in the lobby, which I really missed. While the facilities were nice, the value for the price paid felt a bit lacking, especially considering the distance from downtown.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were large, clean, and well-appointed with plenty of space. I appreciated having a king-sized bed and a nice sitting area, which added to the comfort.
Service

The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. However, I wish there had been more available options for extra amenities.

5.4/10

Overall, the hotel had a few ups and downs. While the lobby and breakfast offerings were truly delightful, the room quality didn’t quite match the steep price tag. I also had a notably poor experience with management over an early check-out issue, which left a sour taste after what should have been a pleasant stay.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms felt similar to a standard chain hotel but were darker and had noticeable traffic noise from the highway, making it hard to enjoy the natural air.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, my interaction with management was frustrating; they rigidly enforced their policies without showing any understanding, which led to a very unpleasant experience.
Location
5.0
The hotel is situated near Highway 101, which gives a quick escape, but it isn't the picturesque setting I was expecting for a visit to the Olympic Peninsula.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was excellent and a highlight of the stay, but be prepared to pay extra; I would recommend including it in your booking if possible.
Facilities
7.0
The lobby is beautiful, and while the overall amenities are decent, the proximity to the highway detracts from the overall experience.
Beautiful lobby
Highway noise
